The projects possible with a little knowledge of electronics are just about unlimited. Having a BASIC stamp at your disposal makes many projects into software exercises rather than hardware construction problems.
Since we're using lots of Parallax(trademark) materials, I suggest you check out the "Nuts and Volts" columns available on the Parallax website for ideas. Remember that you might have to do a bit of translation if the programming is written for a different microprocessor.
